A Diagnosis for Under-Performing PT Businesses

There’s a syndrome making the rounds—and a lot of PTs are infected with it. The symptomology is clear, but it remains wildly under-diagnosed. And left untreated, this syndrome causes MAJOR problems.
What are its symptoms?

  • Fear of failure
  • Aversion to risk taking
  • A tendency to think one has to have all the answers
  • Reluctance to admit mistakes, to ask for help and guidance
  • Resistance to change—even when things aren’t working

I know this syndrome well because I used to suffer from it. A lot of PT practice owners do.
