His passion lies in creating comprehensive leadership training programs, and in the development of the first and only employee compensation software system designed for healthcare professionals, Onus One , which is currently being utilized by organizations in 33 states. In 2015, Jason was retained to help a struggling multisite physical therapy practice, and in 2 years increased annual revenues from 2.4M to 6.5M.
Jason’s experiences have helped him personally relate to many of the challenges his coaching clients face.
