What an incredible year it’s been at Practice Freedom U! The highlight of my year? Watching so many of our PT practice owners experience new milestones in their practices and exceed their biggest dreams.
Our ambitious PT leaders set palm-sweating goals and stayed focused on achieving them—and they crushed it. It was thrilling to be a part of and to see so much personal growth.
We launched our newest practice success program, the PT Practice Accelerator. I put my heart and soul into developing a program that strips away the complicated and gives PT owners a clear path to generate more referrals, hire “A” players, provide a better experience for their patients, and increase profits.
The PT Practice Accelerator program is online and self-paced, and it also includes the thing ALL of us need: coaching! We included multiple coaching sessions to help our owners get results.
Judging from your response since we opened enrollment, you like it too! My goal for 2019 is to share this program with every small business physical therapist who wants to accelerate growth and crush their 2018 metrics!

We held our last workshop of 2018 for our clients. Ambitious, action-taking PT owners came from all over the country to Rockville, Maryland for two days of intense learning, networking, and FUN!
This workshop was unlike any of the previous quarterly workshops we have done in the past. It was held at a brand-new venue and included some truly talented leaders in and out of the PT industry.
Topics included budgeting, building relationships to generate endless referrals and a special talk on “Wiping the Slate Clean” to re-imagine your organization to combat the changes in healthcare. It provided an amazing learning experience to all.

What’s new in the ‘hood
It’s that time of year again when our Elf on the Shelf, Linda, makes her mischievous presence felt.

We also had lots of fun getting together with friends and neighbors, and spent lots of time together as a family. Here’s a glimpse of the Schrier house decked out for the holidays:
