Happy Valentine’s Day. Yes, it is Valentine’s Day Week, and it’s time to show your love and appreciation and affection to the people that you love.

And, of course, we have to show that love and appreciation to our moms. I mean, they’ve done so much for us over the years and helping us get to where we are.

And, of course, I’m not gonna forget about the dads either. And if you’re married or have a significant other, yes, you have to show that love and appreciation to them as well.

So on this Valentine’s Day, in addition to all those other people important in your life, won’t you take a moment to truly, deeply authentically tell your staff—the people on your team— how much you appreciate them?

I bet it will go a long way. And yes, the flowers and the candy and the chocolate is nice, but sometimes those words done just so powerfully… Means more.

So, I want you to have an awesome Valentine’s Day, and, till next time.
