I had the pleasure of ending 2019 with a group of the most talented, mission-driven, courageous practice owners, at our Lighthouse Leaders Practice Transformation Winter Workshop. We spent two days in intensive, collaborative, action-focused work on the critical pillars of practice success: leadership and communication, financial strategy and planning, marketing and hiring.
Every one of the of practice owners in attendance was once sidelined in their own lives, afraid to commit to change—unsure about what change should even look like.
But by making the decision to join the Lighthouse Leaders program, they each made a choice to get help and guidance, to join a community of like-minded PT owners where they’d have a ton of support alongside all the independence and autonomy they need to create a unique, individualized blueprint for their businesses.
Watching them thrive, and achieve financial prosperity and business growth on their terms, has been the greatest pleasure of my year.
So as 2019 comes to a close, I wanted to share with you some of the “small wins” these Lighthouse Leaders have achieved this year, and encourage you to reflect on this simple, yet incredibly important question for 2020:
What do YOU want to achieve in the coming year?
If you were to ask me what I want to achieve this year, the answer is simple:
Reaching even more practice owners who are ready to grow their practice, make more money, and improve their overall quality of life.
If you’re ready to take this journey with me in 2020, I invite you to check out my Lighthouse Leaders program and schedule a discovery call with me today.
