There is no PT practice out there that can’t be transformed by automation. No matter your practice’s size or budget, every single practice becomes more profitable and growth-focused with systems.
Automation, by the way, is just a slightly fancy way of saying organization. And it doesn’t require expensive, complicated tools, or a large staff.
If you look at bigger, more successful PT practices and think they’re the only ones who can afford the “luxury” of automation, you’ve got it backward.
Those practices aren’t automated because they are bigger and more profitable.
They are bigger and more profitable BECAUSE THEY ARE AUTOMATED.
In this week’s video, I share the step that lets every owner put their practice on the road to automation, and a practice that runs like clockwork.
