How Much Is What You Don’t Know Costing You?

You can actually put a dollar amount on your lack of knowledge. It’s the difference between the revenue you’re settling for in your PT practice and the revenue you aspire to.

But the true costs of what we don’t know go way beyond money. As business owners, the costs of ignorance show up in patient care, relationships with staff and referral partners, your role in the community and the quality of your life outside your clinic.

Unless you are 100 percent happy with all your results—from new patients, to hiring and retaining employees, to revenue and the lifestyle you’re able to lead—then your lack of knowledge is extracting a painful, expensive, unnecessary penalty.
