Do You Have Practice Freedom?

How much time do you spend doing work because you have to, not because you choose to? For a lot of us, the quick answer is: all of the time. For most independent practice owners, work is about obligation. It can be exhausting and takes the joy away from doing what we love: helping others and making a difference in our communities.

Think for a minute about what your life would look and feel like if you could set your own work schedule, and spend time doing only the work that fulfills you the most?

I get it. The idea of getting to choose how we spend our time at work—and how much time we spend working at all—might sound impossible.
